Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles in the aftermath of losing a $3 million law suit has filed bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11. After losing a legal claim against a former employee Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles and filed bankruptcy. Roscoe's in the Los Angeles Area, was established by Herb Hudson, originally from Harlem, more then 40 years ago.
